Robert received his BA (Law & Justice) from Laurentian University, Sudbury Ontario in 1992. In 2013, he received his Stage 1 Certificate from the University of Kent Law Program. In 2015, Robert received his Certificate as a Certified Divorce Coach from the CDC Certified Divorce Coaching College, in Florida.
Robert has more than 20 years’ experience working with at-risk youth and adults in custodial and non-custodial settings in Bermuda and Canada. He specialises in the delivery of services and programmes to people who have issues with anger and emotional management, and the use of violence and aggression when in conflict. Robert helps prepare for conflict, learn effective coping strategies, manage mood and arousal in the moment, and to make good decisions in the short and long term.
As a certified relationship and divorce coach, Robert works with clients who are in high conflict separation/divorce. Divorce can be a traumatic experience for all concerned. Mistakes in judgement and decision-making can and do occur in this emotionally charged environment. Robert supports clients as a thinking partner and helps them get organised for the divorce or separation process.
