Registered Art Psychotherapist

Jordan is a registered Art Psychotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience and a Master's in Art Psychotherapy, completed in 2019. Jordan has worked across a range of settings, including mental health inpatient and outpatient services, hospice care, schools, and addiction recovery programmes, facilitating both individual and group therapy. Her experience includes supporting young people and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including trauma, addiction, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and gender/sexuality.

Alongside her psychotherapy practice, Jordan is a yoga and movement teacher, having completed her training in yoga and somatics in 2024. Her work is informed by an understanding of the connection between mind and body, and the important role this relationship can play in healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in psychoanalytic, person-centred care and guided by each client's individual needs, experiences, and goals. She values creating a collaborative, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore whatever is present for them.

Art therapy offers another way to explore and make sense of experiences when words alone are not enough. No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to be curious. Through creative expression and reflection, Jordan helps clients deepen insight, build emotional resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.

Her aim is to provide a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
