Applied Psychology Assistant

Hailey recently completed her Master’s in Health Psychology at University College London and is excited to return to Solstice in a new capacity, having previously interned with the team. Now working as an Applied Psychology Assistant, she is dedicated to supporting children and adolescents through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Her passion for working with young people has shaped both her academic journey and clinical practice and continues to drive her commitment to mental health. At Solstice, Hailey is actively involved in the Growing Minds Centre, where she coordinates and leads Saturday group programmes and contributes to a variety of activities designed to foster children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Hailey is currently supervised by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Dale Thomas and is eager to continue developing her clinical skills while learning from Solstice’s experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team.
