As an OT in the public sector, Julie worked with children and young adults in various settings - schools, autism and functional skills classrooms, nurseries, homes and clinics - to develop their independence skills for learning and living.

Julie has a special interest in females on the autism spectrum, the sensory relationship with mental wellness and handwriting, and how this is impacted by anxiety, ADHD or dysgraphia.

When not working Julie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, jogging, and writing poems & short stories.
