Dr. Kasia Murach

Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist

Dr Kasia Murach is a Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist at Solstice. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Birmingham in the UK and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Poland. Having cultivated her expertise through living, training, and working in two diverse countries, she possesses firsthand insight into the profound impact of cultural differences on individuals and systems.

Dedicated to fostering authentic connections, with years of meticulous honing of her therapeutic skills, Kasia keeps her professional jargon to an absolute minimum.

Kasia works with adults and older adults, helping them to be the best they can be. Apart from individual therapy and counseling, she is currently developing programmes and workshops with the focus on health psychology related topics such as perimenopause & menopause, and hoarding. Kasia provides reflective practice groups and supervision to our junior colleagues.

Having left her jobs in the NHS and downscaled her private practice in the UK, she enjoys the freedom that comes with creating and collaborating on new projects. She hopes that “Life Transitions’, her newest project, will become a valuable and uplifting resource.

Kasia enjoys an uncluttered life and simplicity which come with meaningful relationships and enriching adventures. Her philosophy revolves around the belief that a life well-lived is one that is purposeful, connected, and continually evolving.
